The Machine Learning and Data Mining for Sports Analytics workshop aims to bring people from outside of the Machine Learning and Data Mining community into contact with researchers from that community who are working on Sports Analytics. The third edition of the workshop will take place on Monday 19 September 2016 in Riva del Garda, Italy. If you wish to receive regular updates about the workshop, then please fill out this form.
The workshop is co-located with the European Conference on Machine Learning and Principles and Practice of Knowledge Discovery, which will take place from Monday 19 September 2016 till Friday 23 September 2016 in Riva del Garda, Italy. The workshop schedule is now available. The workshop program includes an invited talk by Dr. Daniel Link from the Technical University of Munich as well as 15 contributed talks. The accepted papers are available for download.
Update 18 August: Accepted papers available for download
The accepted papers are now available for download. The program committee accepted 15 submissions for presentation at the workshop. The workshop will feature 10 long papers, 4 prediction-challenge papers, and 1 extended abstract.
