Amzi! Sockets

Amzi! has a new 'Logic Server Extension' (LSX) that supports the Berkeley/Windows Sockets API. This extension makes it possible to build and communicate with Internet clients and servers for mail, FTP, news, Web, chat, etc.

The Sockets LSX implements the synchronous portion of the Winsock API for communicating directly from Amzi! Prolog. It makes use of Prolog structures and lists where appropriate.

The Sockets LSX is implemented for 32-bit Windows NT or 95 and includes full C and Prolog source code, documentation and samples. It requires the 3.3 release of Amzi! Prolog + Logic Server and is available from Amzi!'s Web site.
