The Proceedings of the 1994 ILPS Post-Conference Workshop on Constraint Languages/Systems and their Use in Problem Modelling (Volume 1) is now available via anonymous FTP from:

The workshop, held on November 18th, 1994, attracted many papers and had more than 40 registered participants. Volume 1 contains the papers from the Applications and Modelling track.
