SICStus Debugger

The package has two main components:

1. Emacs support for the SICStus debugger which gives, in the shell or run-prolog buffer:

2. A source debugger for interpreted code that works with the emacs interface. This gives:

The source debugger is not yet completely integrated with SICStus, but should be useful to anyone who loads their code into the user module and doesn't use multifile declarations or something similar.

The system requires at least SICStus Prolog 3 PL3, and GNU Emacs 19.30.
