Magic Squares Variation

Some people feel that magic number square puzzles are a bit passé. In that case, try product instead of sum, relaxing the constraint that the integers must be consecutive and start with 1.

For a real challenge, try to find one which qualifies with both product and sum at the same time. I've been looking for the past few months (four-on-a-side squares only).
