This network, supported by FWO-Vlaanderen, is coordinated at the V.U.B.
(Computational Modelling group) and also involves other research groups
at K.U.Leuven (ESAT-SISTA/COSIC/DOCARCH), Univ. of Antwerp (Language
Technology Group), Ghent University (KERMIT/Plant Systems Biology),
Univ. of Bristol (Computer Science), Jozef Stefan Institute Ljubljana
(Dept. of Intelligent Systems). The purpose of the network is to foster
cooperation between different groups working on machine
learning and related methods, and promote the application of such
methods in data mining and its application domains (with a specific
interest in language processing and bio-informatics).
