Symposium and PhD defense Daan Fierens

On July 1, the DTAI research group organizes a symposium on "Probabilistic Logic Learning". The symposium takes place in the departmental auditorium (00.225) at 9h40. More information (including the program) can be found at http://www.cs.kuleuven.be/~daanf/phd_defense/. Attending the symposium is free, however registration is required. Please register online by June 23.

After the symposium Daan Fierens is defending his PhD thesis entitled "Learning Directed Probabilistic Logical Models from Relational Data". The defense takes place at the Arenberg Castle at 13h30.
