Probabilistic Logic Programming with Problog
By Theofrastos Mantadelis (PhD student DTAI)
Lately we have seen an increase of interest in probabilistic logic programming formalisms. These expressive formalisms potentially suffer from severe efficiency problems. ProbLog is such a probabilistic logic programming formalism. In this seminar I will describe its main functionalities and present some of the imposed performance challenges.
This talk is intended for anyone interested in probabilistic logic formalisms. It requires little previous knowledge. Anyone with a basic knowledge of Prolog should be able to follow.
