StReBio'09 - Call for contributions - Challenge solution papers
StReBio'09 invites several types of contributions.
One of them are challenge solution papers, describing
solutions of open problems presented at
StReBio'08. In particular,
we are seeking solutions for the following problems:
- Reconstructing Glycans from mass spectra(problem statement by A. Ceroni and F. Costa)
- Distinguishing Genetic Drift from Resistance Development in HIV (Problem statement by C. Theys and L. Schietgat)
- Combining 'missing' and 'censored' values for partial least squares (problem statement by C. Buyck)
