In theory, we were a large team, in practice we were almost a single person team, since Johan did more than 90 percent of the work. We thank him for his efforts.

System settings:

All benchmarks were solved using IDP with the default parameter setting. The optimisation problems were handled by a script that iteratively calls IDP (with the default parameter setting).
